Carrie Lightbound is the youngest member of the women's K-4 500 crew which
is shooting for a top-five finish at the Olympic Games. The University of
Toronto student won a couple of gold medals last year at the Pan Am Game
and also entered her first world championships last season placing fifth in
both the K-2 200 and K-4 200 and 10th in the K-4 500.
