What do the Petrocan station in Aldersyde, Alta., Toronto's Yorkdale Mall and the Glooscap Heritage Centre in Truro, N.S. have in common? Each has a restroom that has earned the Seal of Approval from the Powder Room, a national program for folks with overactive bladders. Through an interactive Cross-Canada Powder Room Map, Canadians were encouraged to rate restrooms for accessibility, cleanliness, facilities, lineups, location and overall decor. Provincial award recipients were picked based on a five-star system and user comments. Visit www.powderroom.ca for locations of top pit-stops and others that have been rated.
